Shipping policy

We’re a small coastal brand, and every Sandy & Son piece is made just for you when you place an order.

That means our shipping times can vary a bit — but we always do our best to get your gear headed your way as quickly as possible.

 

Shipping rates (U.S.)

  • Free shipping on orders $85+
  • $6.95 flat rate on orders under $85
  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only

 

Processing & fulfillment

All items are made when you order. Typical production time is 2–5 business days, though this can vary based on volume and season.

Because each item is made to order and enters production automatically shortly after checkout, orders can’t be canceled or modified once placed.

 

Delivery estimates

After production is complete and your order ships, most U.S. deliveries take ~2–7 business days in transit, depending on carrier and destination. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and we can’t cancel or refund orders based on timing alone. We’ll share tracking details as soon as it’s available so you can follow along.

 

Tracking

You'll receive an order tracking link by email as soon as it’s available (it may take 24–48 hours to begin updating).

 

Split shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if items ship from different facilities.

 

Address issues

If you spot an address error, please contact us immediately at: hello@sandyandson.com.

Orders returned as undeliverable may require an additional reship fee.

 

Lost or delivery-marked orders

If tracking shows Delivered but you haven't received your order, please:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors,
  2. Look around entrances/porches/mailrooms, and
  3. Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early).
  4. Then email hello@sandyandson.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@sandyandson.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief note, and photos. We’ll make it right in line with our Refunds Policy.
